Completed in 2005 by local developer Renaissance Centro, this 12-story condo building stands across Reston Parkway from Reston Town Center, along with two other residential high-rise communities further north. The developer has plans to build another residential tower at the corner of Old Reston Avenue and Temporary road, on the current site of a small professional building.
